All payments made via the Employ Direct website can be canceled within seven days of being placed. To request a refund, email us quoting your account number (provided in your emailed receipt) or date of payment, and the name under which payment was made.
Please be aware that refunds can only be offered on advertisements scheduled seven days or more in advance. Once a scheduled advertisement has been displayed on the Employ Direct website, no refund will be permitted. All refunds are subject to security controls, and customers will need to provide security information prior to refund activation.
All claims for refund will be resolved within twenty-four hours. Refunds will be credited to the payment card used to place your order. We are committed to your online account security; any breaches as a result of internal transgression will be immediately investigated. Customers will be refunded within twenty-four hours of the reported breach.
